Eric & Rebecca's Honeymoon
visiting South Africa & Mozambique
Eric and I worked as a team designing his and Rebecca's honeymoon. With great attention to detail and a lot of hard work the results were a flawless and memorable adventure. All the photographs are their own and upon their return they commented that... "The trip was an amazing one...it all went seamlessly and the places exceeded expectations!"
Where we stayed!
- Melville House, Johannesburg
- Kings Camp, Timbavati
- Marlin Lodge, Benguerra Island, Mozambique
- Les Cascades, Cape Town
- La Couronne, Franschoek, Cape Province
The adventure started with an overnight at a wonderful little guest house in the artsy district of Melville, Johannesburg. Then up to the incomparable Kings Camp in the Timbivati, bordering Kruger National Park. Eric wanted a very comfortable but also authentic wildlife experience and Kings Camp delivered perfectly. Personal honeymoon touches along the way added to the amazing game view experience.
It was over to Mozambique next to experience the gorgeous tropical setting of Marlin Lodge on Benguerra Island. Long romantic walks on stretches of beautiful white sand beaches set the stage.
The Cape rounded off this incredible experience. A couple of nights first in the very chic Les Cascades, a guest house hanging on the hillside and overlooking Bantry Bay. Then onto the grand finale in the idyllic setting of La Couronne, overlooking the wine valley of Franschoek.
