NEW ZEALAND
For a relatively small country, New Zealand produces an impressive array of varieties and styles of wines. Bordeaux-style blends and Syrah are grown in Hawke's Bay, Auckland and around the North Island, while cooler climate wines, such as Pinot Noir and Riesling, are grown in the region of Central Otago and around the South Island. Whatever your preferences for wine styles, chances are we have a New Zealand Wine to suit your palate. Innovative practices in the vineyards and wineries, which deliver quality in a sustainable and environmental manner, ensure that New Zealand meets a growing world demand for wines that have been produced in a 'clean and green' fashion. |

FEATURED ESTATE: Yealands Estate Wines is New Zealand's premier sustainable winegrower. Led by legendary entrepreneur Peter Yealands, they’re creating award winning wines and are New Zealand's first fully sustainable carboNZero certified winery. From storm water swales that harvest rainfall, to solar and wind power generation on site every aspect of the winery design and operation aims to ensure efficient resource use. |

SOUTH AFRICA
The Western Cape is home to the majority of South African Wine Estates. The most well-known being the Stellenbosch Wine Route, the oldest in the Cape and home to some fine examples of Cape Dutch Architecture. The Paarl region, also comprising Franschhoek – known for its cuisine, is another popular route. Over the years the focus has been to produce quality red and white wines in line with world standards. One of the most popular cultivars is the Pinotage, a hybrid of Pinot Noir and Hermitage (Cinsault). |
Groenland Wine Estate is situated just outside Stellenbosch. Complex varietal wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and a special blend, Antoinette Marié, have placed the estate in the forefront of superior red wine production. Offer : Free tasting, free cellar tour by the wine maker and also 10% discount on any purchase. |

Slanghoek Wine Estate lies
in the Slanghoek Valley, surrounded by the Slanghoek Mountains. Their prize-winning wines are due to the fertile and varied soil the grapes are grown in. Experience true Boland hospitality and phenomenal wines. Some of the cultivars planted are Touriga Nacional, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Barbera, Pinot Noir, Viognier and Novelle. Enjoy 1.5hr “Bottle & Blend” sessions in May, August and November. Blend your very own bottle of wine from different red cultivars provided, then bottle your individual blend and personalize your own wine label. |
